This one is for the ladies! We’ve created a class just for you, who have trouble making CrossFit fit into your normal schedule due to dropping kids off at school, coming off a swing shift, or you simply want to have an hour to get fit with your girls without all the testosterone in the room. Our ladies-only class is open to all skill levels – workouts will be tough but tailored to you!
Flexibility is a key element to a wellness program that is often over looked. Yoga classes will compliment your fitness regimen, no matter your pursuits. Mobility and flexibility are heavily emphasized, with a strong focus on core strength for stability and balance to help you move in and out of lifts and skilled movements with greater ease.

CrossFit PHX’s Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic olympic lifts. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level, to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
